Mildew Repair

Superficial removal from the surfaces of walls, ceilings, and windows. 1 room within reason depending on the extent of contaminated surfaces. Nondestructive.

Mildew. This can be repaired.

Mold Remediation

Removal of approximately 24 square feet of area, which typically covers an area such as kitchen or bathroom sink area.

Mold. This must be removed.

Weekend Remediation

This option is for businesses that don’t want their operation disrupted during normal business hours. Same scope of work as Mold Remediation offer.

Repair or Remediation Typically Includes:

• Project Management and Labor: Oversight of personnel working the project over the course of 1 to 3 days.
• Engineering Controls: Floor covering and containment barriers to prevent cross contamination.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensures worker safety, e.g., gloves, masks, coveralls, etc.
• Tools and Materials:  For demolition, hammers, saws, drills, tape seal, disposal, filters, etc.
• Chemistry: Disinfectant to clean remaining construction materials such as lumber framing.
• Deep Clean:  Finish up by cleaning all surfaces and removing all debris in preparation for reconstruction.
• HEPA Air Filtration: 99.97% HEPA air filtration devices (air scrubbers), HEPA vacuums; both to control dust and airborne spores.
• Dehumidifier: When there is moisture that needs to be lessened or eliminated altogether.
• Packout: Breakdown containment, remove machines, and materials.

Note: Remediation does not include personal contents, sanding, texture, paint, encapsulation, or replacement. These services can be provided for an additional cost at their respective price points.
